How do I place an order?
You can place an order and shop online 24/7 .
Please note, credit card orders can only be placed online.In creating an order you must provide all the required information for the order to be valid and processed.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We handmake every product, so we require 1-2 weeks of production time on single item orders and 3-4 weeks on custom bridesmaid sets order and then we ship the item out. We do not offer rush orders at this time. All orders are packaged in boxes where noted and displayed.
How do I use the Coupons/Discounts Code?
Type the discount coupon code in notes at checkout and we will send you a refund to your paypal account for the 20% off pretax discount.
What kinds of materials do you use?
We use only the highest quality
Do you offer a return/exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our products being handmade , we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
What are your shipping fees?
Our shipping fees are a flat rate of $4.95 on any order.Items are shipped regular mail.
What is the sales tax charged?
Georgia sales tax is 6%.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We usually use regular mail or due to weight priority mail.After your order is sent, we will email you to advise you your order has been mailed as a courtesy to our customers..We are not responsible for items lost in shipping.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards on PAYPAL. We do not start any orders until payment has cleared.
Do you have a physical store?
No, we only have our products featured on our online boutiques at this time and in some local boutiques.
